Japanese coach teaching in English / Chinese日本教练・英语／中文授课
A Japanese coach from our school who speaks English or Chinese teaches the whole lesson in your language. The language fee (¥2,000 per hour) is included in the price.
由本校会说英语或中文的日本教练，全程用您的语言授课。价格已包含语言指定费（每小时2,000日元）。

Japanese coach + Pocketalk日本教练＋翻译机
A Japanese coach teaches using a Pocketalk voice translator, which instantly translates most languages. Same price as our Japanese-language lessons.

04. From booking to your lesson04. 从预约到上课
- Choose a lesson选择课程Pick a lesson on this site and press the Book button. You will go to our booking site RESERVA.在本网站选择课程并点击预约按钮，将跳转到预约系统RESERVA。
- Switch the language切换语言On RESERVA, use the language button at the top to switch to English or Simplified Chinese.在RESERVA页面上方用语言按钮切换为英文或简体中文。
- Pay online在线支付Choose the date and “In English/Chinese” or “With Pocketalk”, then pay by card. Online booking closes the day before.选择日期以及“英语・中文授课”或“翻译机授课”，用信用卡支付。在线预约截止到课程前一天。
- Meet your coach与教练集合By the start time, at the school counter in Prince Hotel Bldg. 6. Your coach will hold a board with your name.请在开始时间前到苗场王子大饭店6号馆滑雪学校柜台前，教练会举着写有您名字的牌子等候。

Do the coaches speak English or Chinese?教练会说英语或中文吗？
Our coaches are Japanese instructors. Some of them teach in English or Chinese. You can also choose a lesson in Japanese with a Pocketalk translator, at the Japanese lesson price.本校教练均为日本教练，其中部分教练可用英语或中文授课。也可以选择日语＋翻译机授课，价格与日语课程相同。
Can I book on the day?可以当天预约吗？
Online booking closes the day before the lesson. Coaches who teach in English or Chinese are limited, so please book early.在线预约截止到课程前一天。能用英语・中文授课的教练有限，请尽早预约。
Are lift tickets included?包含缆车票吗？
No. Please buy lift tickets separately (free for elementary school children).不包含，请另行购买缆车票（小学生免费）。
Can I rent ski or snowboard gear?可以租借滑雪或单板装备吗？
Yes. There are rental shops in Prince Hotel Bldg. 6 and at N-Plateau.可以。苗场王子大饭店6号馆和N-Plateau有租赁店。
